Opalno is a software company based in the Netherlands that develops mobile applications. This policy covers the opalno.com website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which is the authoritative document for that app.

Contact Form

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit, and use them only to answer you.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the site. This includes:

• Which pages you view and features you use
• Performance and error reports
• Device type and operating system version
• Country (derived from IP address, which is not stored)

This data is pseudonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally. We use our own analytics infrastructure hosted on Supabase, on servers in the European Union.

Marketing Measurement

Our marketing pages for Malu use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our advertising performs. This may involve sharing a hashed identifier (such as an email address provided at checkout) and page interaction events with Meta. Our apps themselves do not display third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention

• Contact form messages: Retained while we handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards
• Website analytics: Retained for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted
• Account and subscription data: Retained until you delete your account, except where tax and financial law requires longer
• Advertising measurement data: Managed by Meta according to their retention policies

Retention for data held inside an app is set out in that app’s own policy.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@opalno.com and we will delete it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Our accounts and analytics infrastructure is hosted in the EU
